Fee model

Standard advisory fee of 25%.

Every engagement carries a standard advisory fee of 25%, structured in installments following placement confirmation. Engagement terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Retained, not contingent. We are accountable for the outcome of the search — not the volume of CVs sent.
